Smart TAC PRO - A CONTRACTOR'S MUST HAVE ITEM !

How does it work?      

Smart TAC is a battery-operated, mobile time clock that can either be left at the job site or can be carried around, in a specially designed carry pouch, by the site manager.  Each employee is issued with an employee card (smart card) that they insert in the Smart TAC when they arrive and depart from the site. The Smart TAC records all of the time and attendance data – even if your employees work on several sites in one day.

At the end of the week/month, the data is collected from the Smart TAC using a master card and sent to the head office to be transferred to the backend software. Now the data can be used to produce a series of management reports that can be printed or sent for approval by email. The Smart TAC system completely replaces the need for deciphering handwritten timesheets, and saves time in the preparation of the payroll. Smart TAC will help you track your labor costs and prepare payroll in a fraction of the time it currently takes.
